application for Microsoft Teams. These Terms of Use (“Terms”)
govern your use of our Webhook Bot (“App”). By accessing or
using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Acceptance of
Terms By using the App, you agree to comply with and be
legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and
regulations. 2. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at
any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new
Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any
such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 3.
Description of the App The App is designed to provide an
endpoint to post messages into teams via an API. 4. User
Responsibilities - You must use the App in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations. - You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
and for all activities that occur under your account. - You
must not misuse the App or attempt to access it using a method
other than the interface and instructions provided. 5. License
Grant CoinToss Inc. grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely in
accordance with these Terms. 6. Restrictions You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. - Use
the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities. - Attempt
to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App. 7.
Intellectual Property All content and materials available on
the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website
name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of
CoinToss Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and
trademark law. 8. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed
by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at
https://www.c-toss.com/webhook/privacy-policy. 9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
CoinToss Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and
hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without
limitation, implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation
of rights. 10. Limitation of Liability In no event shall
CoinToss Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or
profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the
use or inability to use the App, even if CoinToss Inc. has
been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such
damage. 11. Termination We may terminate or suspend your
access to the App immediately, without prior notice or
liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without
limitation if you breach these Terms. 12. Governing Law These
Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law
